  47.     obtain next year's entire GAMBLER'S MATE: Football Edition 1991 software
  48.     package, for a nominal fee of $15.

  50.     All users registering two weeks before the 1990 NFL season will receive
  51.     their Football Edition before week 1 of the NFL season.  Allow up to 2
  52.     weeks for delivery.  ANY user can obtain all updated DATA files by
  53.     sending a 5 1/4 disk in a self addressed mailer to the address shown on
  54.     this page, and include $6 to cover the update fee, postage, and handling
  55.     ($11 for overseas).

  57.     One license per usable copy of GAMBLER'S MATE: Football Edition 1990 is
  58.     required.  Archive and backup copies do not count.  Generally one license

  91.        -GAMBLER'S MATE: Thoroughbred Edition Dosage Master

  93.     This program is still under construction but more than 60% completed.
  94.     Dosage is a system that attempts to predict the distance potential of
  95.     horses based on certain sires in the first four generations of their
  96.     pedigrees.  These certain sires are called chefs-de-race (french for
  97.     "chiefs of the breed").

  99.     Chefs are divided into five aptitudinal categories: Brilliant,
  100.     Intermediate, Classic, Solid and Professional.  The categories correspond
  101.     to a range of distance potential from Brilliant (highest speed and lowest
  102.     stamina) to Professional (lowest speed and highest stamina).  Classic
  103.     represents the "ideal" balance of speed and stamina.  Many chefs are
  104.     assigned to two categories and their "points" split between those two
  105.     categories.

  107.     I have found that this program, even in its rawest form, has a distinct
  108.     advantage in the three year old triple crown races and their preps.  If you
  109.     have not heard, this method is undefeated since 1929 (yes!) in the Kentucky
  110.     Derby.  Horses with the allowable range of acceptable numbers (Dosage Index
  111.     of 4.0 or less and Center of Distribution of 1.25 or less) that are
  112.     calculated, have never lost a derby!  Quite an impressive streak, wouldn't
  113.     you say?!  The system had Unbridled (1990 Kentucky Derby winner) who paid
  114.     $21.60 for a single $2 wager.
